The Unold Eismaschine Profi can prepare up to two litres of ice cream, and with pre-chilled ingredients within a mere 30 minutes. The integrated cooling compressor is responsible for that too; it can cool the freezing compartment down to as low as minus 35 degrees Celsius. Three programmes with time intervals are available, and in addition a timer from 5 to 60 minutes can be programmed. The robust motor of the ice cream maker can run in continuous operation as well – larger groups can thus be supplied with delicious ice cream. Via an LCD display the machine reports which part of the programme it is currently carrying out and how long it will be until the treat is ready.
