High-quality workmanship and solid controls are what the Vitamix A2500 from the Ascent series already offers. With it, hot soups, refreshingly creamy ice cream, green and fruit smoothies, dips and anything that has to be made hot or cold with freshly chopped ingredients can be prepared in no time. With its powerful 2.2 hp drive the blender accelerates the blade tips to up to 300 km/h, which is easily enough to turn ice cubes for cocktails into crushed ice. Up to two litres fit into the container, which is fitted with a tamper and in which the blades turn at 1,500 to 22,000 revolutions per minute. So there is enough power and speed for hot, freshly cooked soups.
