The methodology

Our market research, carried out in cooperation with the German Institute for Product and Market Assessment, used specially developed AI technology to identify leading vets in Germany. This AI gathered and analysed relevant data from the internet and various social media platforms, processing large volumes of online data, including customer reviews and social interactions, in real time. In addition, customers across the regions of Germany were surveyed about their satisfaction over several months.

This method allowed us to assess general satisfaction in depth.

Procedure

   we began with in-depth online market research in order to draw up a list of the best veterinary practices in Germany. In doing so we used search engines and industry directories.

   Website and online presence analysis

   we analysed the websites of the identified practices in terms of user-friendliness and reviews.

   Customer reviews and ratings

   platforms such as Jameda, Trustpilot, Google Rating and specialised forums were consulted in order to gather and evaluate reviews. We paid particular attention to trends in positive and negative reviews.

   Social media analysis

   the presence of the practices on social media such as Facebook and Instagram was examined in order to gain insights into customer satisfaction and brand perception.

   Summary and assessment

   finally we brought together all the data gathered and assessed the practices in particular according to the satisfaction of pet owners.
