BIEN-ZENKER CONCEPT-M 198
With the CONCEPT-M 198, the show house Mülheim-Kärlich, Bien-Zenker introduces a house, which distinguishes itself as an Innovation with High Quality, Design, Ease of Use and Functionality and which also respects ecological aspects. Its cubic form follows the Bauhaus Style. Two stapled cubes form the floor plan together with a third cube, which is positioned behind the two others. At the same time, this third cube creates a third partial floor. The building envelope is highly insulating and features the efficiency house 55 technology. This is added up by an airtightness concept on the level of a passive house. By using wood and an energetically optimized planning with regenerative energy production, the house features a very good overall ecological and energetic balance. The building management system makes it easy to control the different components.
