The speciality of the house: it completely integrates the car into the house. This shows in the location of the garage as well as the design of the visual axes towards the car. Inside, design elements of the car manufacturers are taken on, thus also creating a connection to the car. The home automation also integrates the car. All elements including the electric mobility are embedded in the automation and can be controlled via a smart phone or tablet – up to the feed of surplus car energy into the energy system of the house. Green walls inside the house are design object as well as air conditioners.
