Standing at a hot stove, stirring away at pots, adjusting temperatures and finally having to make do with burnt or not ideally cooked food – that belongs to the past. The future is the Cuciniale Gourmet Cooking Centre, which always automatically sets the proper temperature and cooking time for the main ingredients used. The cooking hob is served via the Gourmet Pilot app on the user’s smartphone or tablet, while a special sensor helps the system to cook the food to a turn. The user is not called in to help unless something has to be turned or stirred – the technology does everything else.
