With the new “Santa Fe”, Hyundai’s characteristic form language “Fluidic Sculpture” has reached its next evolutionary step. The third generation of Sports Roader combines a modern appearance, embossed by dynamic elements and a furthermore improved, also optically visible manufacturing quality. The result is a strong and self-confident Sports Utility Vehicle that unites its practical advantages with exemplary security and outstanding all-rounder talents. For the new Santa Fe, the designers at Hyundai have been inspired especially by natural formations – like the suspense-packed structures painted into nature by an emerging storm. This so-called “storm edge” approach is mirrored exemplarily in the front part. The front shield is more aerodynamically sophisticated than with its predecessor and even more flatly set. It is mainly defined by the generously dimensioned radiator grill which is key to all modern Hyundai models. In the Santa Fe it creates an exceptionally distinctive image with three cross lamella varnished in the car’s colour and decorated with chrome overlays. In their individual form, the lamella take up the lower line design of the radiator grill.
