Thanks to high-grade materials, these products shine with particular robustness, durability and precision of manufacture. They have a large 4'' display that shows all relevant data such as electrical conductivity, flow rate, cumulative throughput and battery status, and evaluates them predictively at the same time. The remaining capacity of permasoft is output both graphically and digitally. A conductivity display with an LED traffic light has also been integrated, so that it is clear at a glance if the conductivity of the make-up water is no longer in the optimum range and action is required. Besides these visual indicators there are additional acoustic signals. The water flow can be closed off via separate ball valves, which makes removing the heating filling station considerably easier. That makes installation and maintenance work particularly convenient. Maximum flexibility is also given when integrating it into the heating circuit, because the filling station can be installed either left- or right-handed depending on the direction of water flow, with the control electronics and display simply repositioned. Ecologically highly innovative recycling concept: instead of simply disposing of the mixed-bed resin, the permasoft units are sent back to perma-trade by the installation companies. The mixed-bed resin is then recycled and consistently reused. Through this recycling concept, several hundred tonnes of mixed-bed resin can be saved every year.
