The Marseille L by Rensch-Haus consists of two modules, the living module and the sleeping module, which can be individually adapted concerning the ground-plan. Any types of roofs, such as modern combinations between a pent roof and a flat roof are possible and not depending from the module. Also, traditional architecture-ideas can be converted into reality on this basis. The diffusion-open method of construction gives the room a cosy climate in every season and the integral insulation concept by Rensch includes energy-efficient insulation of outside walls, windows, the roof, a thermo foundation slab and a thermo cellar, which helps saving energy permanently and consequently.
