Plus X Award for the best retailers 2018
This year the Plus X Award recognises a total of 39 companies that have rendered particular service.
Anyone who wants to succeed as a retailer has to adjust to the needs of end consumers. With the special award “Germany's best retailer 2018”, the Plus X Award honours the companies that respond to their customers to a particular degree with their services and achieved the highest general customer satisfaction in an online survey. Exactly 3,089 valid votes were cast in the survey – and a total of 39 retailers were successful.
The aim of the award is to strengthen and protect retail. “In doing so we want to put the spotlight on the retailers who satisfy their customers, for example by impressing with a high-quality range, attractive pricing and customer-oriented service,” says Plus X Award President Donat Brandt.
The award “Germany's best retailer 2018” complements the seven product seals awarded by the Plus X Award. “Unlike the others, it is not based on the judgement of our expert jury – it stands symbolically for the opinion of customers throughout Germany,” Brandt continues.
