The „Energy Boost“ by adidas is the result of a long lasting intensive cooperation of adidas designers and the development team of the chemical company BASF. During production, solid granules are dispersed into capsules. Compressing the capsules creates the new midsole. The new attenuator saves energy and returns it with every step – much more efficiently than other materials used before. The “Energy Boost” has a definitely longer lifetime than traditional running shoes. It is light and comfortable in wearing.
