Within the prefabricated house Concept M 162 Dresden from Bien-Zenker, the different parts of the building are distinctly separate from each other: the brown fronts as well as the lateral, anthracite surfaces create a clear contrast to the main building kept in white. The functionality of the layout becomes clear on both levels of the house. The ground floor houses an open kitchen, a large shower toilet and a separate office. On the top floor, you will find – among others – a bathroom for the children and a bathroom with a sauna. With the ecological structure of the roof and walls and the energy-efficient heating, Bien-Zenker also puts focus on the environment.
