The Schwabenhaus Selection-E-161 show house Mülheim-Kärlich has been designed for demanding house owners. The layout can be flexibly adapted by a modular system, fulfilling nearly every individual demand. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring much light into the rooms; from outside, they are an important element of the design. The house also focuses on ecology: All Schwabenhäuser are energy-efficiency houses 55 with the use of regenerative energy sources. The EnOcean smart-home technology fulfils highest demands when it comes to ease of use.
