If you put focus on a single element, you can reach substantial progress. The bionic ventilator by Ziehl-Abegg is made of bio-polyamides based on castor oil. This makes it 100 percent recyclable giving it an outstanding ecological balance sheet is this aspect already. In addition, the ventilator has been constructed from a bionic perspective, making it more silent and efficient during operation. Noise can be reduced to only half this way; and, depending on the use case scenario, energy savings of up to 29 percent are possible.
