The Bien-Zenker Balance 131 V2 is a prefabricated house on a completely new concept with a compact gable width of 5.67 m. The goal is to make the dream of an own house come true also on smaller areas – such as in an urban environment – and respect the changed funding conditions for energy-efficient buildings at the same time. The design is characterized by the filigree roof construction without a large roof overhang as well as the seamless transition of the roof overhang into screening walls as a definition of the terrace area. An intelligent building management system controls the house and energy technology, combining functionality and ease of use with each other.
