The Schwabenhaus show house Selection Hannover is based on a layout, which can be flexibly adopted to the needs of the owner – thanks to the modular system of Schwabenhaus. The Selection Hannover presents itself with a modern architecture. Outside, the design is characterised by the paneled wood façade combined with white plaster and an anthracite-coloured roof. The large-scale, roofed balconies round-off the look. Staring with the security system over the heating up to the multimedia devices, everything can be centrally controlled by the integrated smart home system from Loxone. The Selection Hannover also scores with ecologicaly aspects. It is an efficiency house 55, which can be enhanced up to 40Plus.
