PLUS X AWARD recognises brands for the highest customer satisfaction 2020
Since 2016 the PLUS X AWARD, the world's largest innovation prize for technology, sport and lifestyle, has honoured brands, products and companies not only with seals judged worthy of recognition after thorough examination by the PLUS X AWARD jurors. The direct opinion of customers in particular carries strong weight. For that reason the award “Highest customer satisfaction” is based on surveys of consumers themselves.
This year too, in June 2020, the PLUS X AWARD commissioned a consumer survey from the German Institute for Product and Market Assessment. For the greatest possible transparency, women and men aged between 20 and 65 from all federal states were asked which brand they were particularly satisfied with in various categories. Exactly 3,509 valid votes were evaluated, which produced a clear picture of German consumers' opinion.
The year 2020 poses particular challenges to brands and companies. It is not only the increasingly dynamic market in which companies have to assert themselves in a special way. Their handling of the pandemic situation, which has severely damaged retail internationally, also plays a decisive role. In these uncertain times consumers want, more than ever, brands and companies they can trust completely and that are there for them from advice through purchase to after-sales service. The survey results confirm to the recognised brands directly and immediately that they fulfil precisely these attributes and are able to master great challenges in the interests of customer loyalty at any time.
